Job duties include:
Develop, implement, monitor, and document Residential Service Plans for an assigned caseload of residents. Completing necessary skill training in the areas of daily living through hand over hand assistance, direct verbal and written presentation of information and observation, as assigned. Accurately complete all assigned observation, intervention, documentation of resident self-administration of medication, medication counts and necessary follow-up in accordance with Program policies and procedures. Accurately implement recommendations of the treatment team to ensure consistency within the program. Maintain resident records in accordance to policies, procedures and regulations. Complete laundry, cleaning and shopping as required. Effectively respond to, report and document all emergencies/crises/incidents in accordance to relevant policies, procedures and regulations. Assist the Director of the Residential Treatment Program to effectively oversee the daily operations of the program and in scheduling of staff /overall management of the schedule. - Bachelor's degree in Human Service field and three (3) years' experience in a behavioral health setting. Valid PA Driver's License. Diversity and Inclusion
