Job Description

SPG Capital is a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning single family, multi-family, and mixed-use assets in South Central, PA and Northern, MD. We are a fast-growing company actively looking for motivated individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities:
The Punch Out Technician role will complete renovation projects for our residential, multi-family, and mixed use rental properties. Ensuring that all properties are turned over and "rent-ready".
Daily responsibilities include:
Perform kitchen and bathroom updates, including cabinet installation, trim, hardware, countertops, and fixtures. Complete punch out milestones including, but not limited to, dry-wall patching, painting touch ups, and finish carpentry Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs (e.g., replacing light fixtures, outlets, faucets, and toilets). Provide regular, accurate project status updates to the Punch Out Director. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Proven experience in residential carpentry, finish work, and home renovations. Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and meet tight turnover deadlines. Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment Ability to efficiently and effectively problem solve Strong communication skills Attention to details Valid driver's license
Preferred:
Hands-on experience with minor HVAC, electrical and plumbing tasks related to home remodeling.
