We have opportunities available across all shifts , making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible part-time work while making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. Position Summary The Resident Assistant provides hands-on support and companionship to residents while helping promote their comfort, dignity, safety, and independence. The ideal candidate is patient, caring, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional service to every resident. Key Responsibilities Provide respectful, compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, as appropriate to resident needs and training. Assist residents with personal care, mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities. Support residents during meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration. Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. Observe and report changes in residents' condition, behavior, or needs to appropriate team members. Follow resident care plans, company policies, and safety procedures. Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents, families, coworkers, and leadership. Complete required documentation accurately and timely. Promote resident dignity, choice, privacy, and independence at all times
