Full-time or Part-time | Hybrid Working Available The Role As a Residential Conveyancing Locum , you will support a well-established legal practice in Lancashire by managing a residential property caseload during a period of increased workload and ongoing team requirements. The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running and provide high-quality conveyancing support from the outset. Key Responsibilities Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Reviewing contracts, title documents and property searches Raising and responding to enquiries Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third-party solicitors Managing exchange, completion and post-completion matters

Skills & Experience Required Essential:

Previous experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion Excellent communication and client care skills Ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:
