The Resident Assistant provides hands-on care and support to our residents while helping create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment. What You'll Do Provide compassionate resident care under the supervision of the Resident Services Director (RSD) Assist residents with activities of daily living, including: Bathing and dressing Grooming and toileting Incontinence care Transfers and mobility Positioning Changing bed linens Medication reminders Follow resident service plans and accurately document all services provided Maintain proper records of resident care Communicate daily with Resident Services associates to ensure continuity of care Approach residents, families, guests, and associates with a friendly and service-oriented attitude Promote a safe and comfortable environment for residents, associates, and visitors Support programming and daily operations within the neighborhood Perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year of related healthcare experience Successful completion of required dementia training, where applicable Positive criminal background screening Ability to comply with the

Company Drug-Free Workplace Policy Preferred Qualifications:
