Full-Time About the Opportunity We are seeking a Junior Residential Designer with 2-3 years of residential design or drafting experience to join a growing design team. This role focuses on developing interior elevations and detailed residential construction documents for high-quality residential projects. The ideal candidate has experience with cabinetry, millwork, custom built-ins, and residential interior detailing, along with strong Revit skills. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed interior elevations for kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry, closets, fireplaces, built-ins, and specialty residential spaces. Produce and update residential drafting packages using Revit and AutoCAD. Translate design concepts, sketches, floor plans, redlines, and project direction into accurate construction documents. Coordinate interior elevations with floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, cabinetry layouts, and architectural details. Incorporate dimensions, materials, finishes, fixtures, and construction information into drawings. Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and coordination. Revise drawings based on project updates and team feedback. Maintain drafting standards, templates, and drawing organization. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and team members to meet project deadlines. Required Qualifications 2-3 years of residential drafting or residential design experience. Experience creating interior elevations and detailed residential drawings. Proficiency in Revit. AutoCAD experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret residential floor plans, construction documents, architectural drawings, and markups. Understanding of residential cabinetry, millwork, fixtures, finishes, and construction methods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and revisions in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with custom or luxury residential projects. Familiarity with kitchen and bathroom design documentation. Experience detailing custom cabinetry, millwork, and specialty interior features. Knowledge of residential construction terminology and building standards.
