We built this business on honest, no-pressure service and a reputation homeowners trust. We are growing, and we are looking for one experienced in-home Comfort Advisor to help our customers replace and upgrade their HVAC systems the right way. This is not a cold-calling job. Our service technicians run a full schedule of repair and maintenance calls every week, and a real share of those homes have aging systems that are ready to be replaced. Your job is to sit down with those homeowners, show them their options, and help them make a good decision. The leads are warm, they are already ours, and right now we are not converting enough of them. That is the opportunity. What you will do Run 3 to 4 scheduled in-home consultations a day with homeowners who already know us Inspect the existing system, ductwork, and comfort issues, and size the job correctly Present clear Good, Better, and Best options with financing on every visit Close the sale or set a firm follow-up, and follow up on every unsold estimate Hand every sold job to our install team cleanly, so the customer experience stays excellent from start to finish Where the leads come from Company-provided warm leads only. No door knocking, no cold calling.

Service technician turnovers on aging or failed systems Maintenance and past customers Referrals from happy homeowners Marketing leads You spend your time in front of people who need what we sell, not chasing strangers. What we measure We reward the right behavior, not just volume. You will be measured on gross profit dollars, close rate by lead source, average ticket, how consistently you present full options, customer reviews, follow-up completion, and the quality of your handoff to install. We want advisors who help customers buy the right system, never advisors who push work people do not need. Compensation Training draw or base during your ramp so you are not starting cold Realistic on-target earnings of $80,000 to $160,000 Top performers earn $180,000 to $250,000 and up Uncapped commission, paid on gross profit above a margin floor SPIFFs for indoor air quality, accessories, and maintenance agreements Weekly commission reporting so you always know where you stand Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Pay is performance-based and not guaranteed. We are honest about that up front, because the whole point of this role is that a strong closer can earn very well here on leads we hand them. What we are looking for 2 or more years of successful in-home, high-ticket, direct-to-homeowner sales (HVAC, roofing, windows, solar, remodeling, water treatment, or similar) Comfort presenting and selling financing A professional, trustworthy presence in someone's home Follow-up discipline and clean note-taking Enough mechanical aptitude to inspect a system and explain the options credibly Valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record Willingness to work some evenings and weekends around homeowner schedules HVAC experience is a plus but is not required for a proven closer.
