Since 1978, ETCC has provided a safe haven for those impacted by family violence, dating violence, and sexual assault. We offer shelter, counseling, advocacy, education, and prevention services with the goal of restoring dignity and purpose while promoting public compassion and awareness to reduce violence in our communities. In addition, through our Battering Intervention and Prevention Program (BIPP), we work directly with individuals who have caused harm, helping them recognize abusive behaviors and build healthier, nonviolent relationships. Position Summary:
A Residential Assistant at a domestic violence shelter plays a vital role in supporting survivors of domestic violence by maintaining a safe, supportive environment and offering services that promote healing, stability, and self-sufficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
× Associates degree, bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or other related studies, or 1 year of experience working with families in crisis, survivors of violent crime, families experiencing poverty, or child victims of crime. × Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance (required).

Part Time (Weekends) Saturday and Sunday Midnight to
Noon Salary:
Starting at $16 an hour or
