Youth Health Associates (YHA) is a licensed residential treatment center for young males between the ages 12 to 18 who have experienced mental and behavioral difficulties. Our students do well in structured environments where they receive quality one-on-one support from youth mentors, therapists, and teachers. We are looking for

YOUTH MENTORS

who will play a major role in making meaningful changes in the lives of these young men. Our group home staff get hands on experience in the field of social work! This is a great place to start your psychology or social work career. If you are good at building relationships of trust, work well with others and want to make a significant difference, we want you to be a part of our behavioral health team!

TIME, and PRN positions.

• Lead staff positions available for all shifts 16+ hours
• Previous experience required

Schedule:

Monday

• Sunday Morning 6am
• 2pm Swing 2pm
• 10pm Graves 10pm
• 6am We offer very flexible schedules.

Qualifications:

Pass criminal background check Pass drug test High school or equivalent (Required) MUST be 21 years of age Previous experience is helpful, but not required to be a Youth Mentor/Group Home Staff.
