Support staff are to help maintain a safe and healing environment for Individuals who come to us with their treatment needs. To help maintain clear boundaries and support when needed for the resident to perform at a maximum level. Competency & Qualifications No prior experience in the industry necessary Communication skills
  • ability to understand that the important aspect of communication is listening and actively works to improve those skills.
Orally be able to speak with confidence using clear, and concise sentences and is easily understood. Have a valid Driver's License for transporting clients Have the ability to distribute medication according to policy Have the ability to show up on time for work and all meetings and activities that are associated with work Must be able to pass a background screening with the Department of Human Services. Responsibilities & Duties Oversee and manage the day to day functionality of the program Provide proper medication management Support resident visitations Address behavior management situation with residents Perform designated audits Ensure facility safety and cleanliness If needed transport clients to appointments/meetings Benefits Full Time staff receive Medical, Dental and Vision benefits
