Job Description

We are looking for individuals that understand the transformative power of one person in recovery helping another. Our front line staff is the most vital and important part of our greater staff team and help those who are here in treatment learn, practice, and manifest the promises of recovery. Our front line staff provides direct supervision and care for our clients; engages and interacts with them in a variety of situations and should have well developed interpersonal skills, be able to multi-task efficiently, be task oriented, and take direction well. Staff works under the direction of the Program Director and with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals.

MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate ability to manage daily routine related to resident care, in house tasks, and supervision of clients
- Seek to continuously improve work processes and offer suggestions for the improvement of care
- Be proactive in identifying potential crisis situations and respond appropriately in emergency situations
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment and establish and maintain healthy rapport with residents
- Maintain professional boundaries, and support a positive and friendly work environment
- Maintain confidentiality
REQUIREMENTS
- Clean driving record
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification, Certification Offered on the Job
- 1 Year + prior residential treatment experience preferred
- 12 Step or recovery experience is preferred and is an asset
Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:
