Providers offer a safe, welcoming home to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities while helping them grow, achieve personal goals, and become active members of their communities. Compensation Sponsored Residential Providers can earn approximately $48,000-$124,000 annually , depending on the support needs of the individual(s) served and program funding levels. Payments are made on a biweekly basis.
