Join our dynamic assisted living team as a Resident Assistant through our unique Consecutive Shift Program. This schedule is perfect for those who prefer to work hard and have more days off! Here's how it works: Work two 16-hour shifts each week Be on-call for one 8-hour shift during the week Complete all three, and you'll earn your regular pay + 8 hours of special pay You're considered Part-Time 30, which makes you eligible for benefits

What We're Looking For:

Experience as a Resident Assistant, LNA, or similar role is great—but not required Compassionate, dependable individuals who care about seniors Ability to work long shifts and respond to calls when on duty We are currently looking for one CSP Employee to work first and second shifts (7am-11:30pm) and another to work second and third shifts (3pm-7:30am).
