Job Description

The Developmental Services Residential Programming at Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to provide support to people with emotional and behavioral challenges in both community and residential settings.
What You'll Do:
As a Residential Behavior Interventionist, you'll play a vital role in creating a structured, therapeutic environment where individuals can thrive.
What We're Looking For:
A positive attitude and a strong, calm presence A commitment to therapeutic engagement and meaningful connection The ability to foster consistency and structure in a dynamic environment Prior experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities, or mental health conditions is ideal Experience in behavioral or therapeutic residential settings is preferred
