This is an opportunity for a proven HVAC closer who wants strong lead flow, high average tickets, a Monday-Friday schedule, and significant earning potential. What We Offer 2-3 quality, company-generated leads per day Average tickets of $14,000+ Strong commission structure Monthly cash and prize SPIFs Primarily Monday-Friday schedule Take-home company vehicle + gas card Company phone + tablet 100% company-paid medical for employee PTO + 6 paid holidays Supportive, established sales and operations team Growing company with plenty of opportunity What We're Looking For 2+ years of Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor experience Proven track record of closing residential HVAC replacement opportunities Historically running approximately 45-50+ leads per month Strong closing percentages and average ticket performance Comfortable selling $14,000+ average HVAC replacement tickets ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred Strong in-home presentation and consultative sales skills Professional, ethical, competitive, and accountable Valid driver's license and clean MVR Ability to pass a background check The Role You'll run approximately 2-3 residential appointments per day throughout the Seattle-to-Olympia corridor, assess homeowners' HVAC needs, present replacement options, close opportunities, follow up on open proposals, and coordinate with our installation and service teams. We have the leads. We're looking for someone who knows how to close them.
