Full-Time (Minimum 36 hours/week, 72 hours per pay period) | Rotating Weekends & Holidays About Us Eminent Quality Care LLC operates 4-bed Adult Family Homes serving older adults and individuals with disabilities who require 24-hour oversight and care. We are a growing organization currently managing five locations, with our sixth home opening soon. Available Shifts 1st Shift (8:00 AM- 8:00 PM / Float & Flexible Shifts): Scheduling flexibility is required across our local home locations. Shifts may vary (e.g., 8:00 AM
- 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM
- 8:00 PM, or full 12-hour shifts). Duties include medication administration, meal preparation, activity leading, resident ADLs/IADLs, and electronic charting. 3rd Shift (8:00 PM
- 8:00 AM / Awake Overnight): Oversee resident well-being overnight.
Weekend Shift:
Rotating Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM- 8:00 PM).
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Prior caregiving experience in an Adult Family Home, long-term care setting, or CNA certification preferred (especially working with elderly individuals or adults with developmental disabilities).Medication Administration:
1+ years of medication administration experience preferred.Technology:
Computer literacy required, including experience with ECP (or electronic monitoring charting) and standard tools (email, scanning, mobile applications).Physical & Background:
Ability to lift 30 lbs. Must pass a Wisconsin DOJ Caregiver/Criminal Background Check, TMU/DHS Caregiver Misconduct Check, and present a valid TB test result within the last year. Compensation & Benefits Pay based on experience ($14.00- $15.
