- What Youll Do Provide personal care and emotional support in accordance with each residents individual care plan Support residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and medication reminders Respond promptly to resident needs and callsday or night Build relationships with residents and families based on trust and compassion Escort residents to meals and activities, and encourage social engagement Observe and report any changes in physical, emotional, or mental condition to wellness leadership Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with resident care policies Assist with dining service, light housekeeping, laundry, and other daily comforts Uphold resident rights, dignity, independence, and safety at all times•Why Youll Love It Here At Legacy Senior Living, we cultivate a team-first environment where your efforts are recognized and rewarded.
