Job Description
This position as a resident assistant (RA) would be working in a 30-bed assisted living/CBRF setting helping care for long-term residents during the PM Shift (2:00pm-10:00pm). Typical duties would include assisting residents with ADLs, bathing, dressing, as well as day-to-day housekeeping and meal serving duties (does not include food preparation; meals are prepared by dietary staff). Required CBRF trainings (Standard Precautions, First Aid and Choking, Medication Administration, and Fire Safety) are highly preferred or a willingness to complete these trainings on-site is also possible. Pay is dependent on experience.
