Overview Join our dedicated team as a Resident Assistant and become a vital part of creating a warm, supportive, and engaging environment for residents in our adult family home. In this role, you will provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities, promote residents' well-being, and foster a positive atmosphere that encourages independence and dignity. Your energy and empathy will help enhance the quality of life for individuals with cognitive disabilities. This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.
Full time benefits include:
100% employer premium paid platinum health insurance, paid time off, employer matched retirement plan, on shift meals. Both full and part time positions require 12 hour shifts running 7am-7pm. Duties Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Support residents with medication and administration. Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability Engage residents in social activities, therapeutic programs, and recreational events to promote mental and emotional well-being Maintain accurate documentation of care provided using electronic medical record Requirements Valid Wisconsin Driver's License Must be able to pass a caregiver background check Availability for 12 hour day time shifts (7am-7pm) Every other weekend

From $13.50 per hour
