Description LindenGrove Waukesha an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a Resident Assistant (RA). We offer assisted living, memory support, and short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled care on a beautiful campus. AM, PM or Night shifts available $16.50-$18.30 Shift Differential for PM and Night Shifts

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Maintains and actively promotes effective communication with residents/patients/clients and family members / personal representatives. Responsible for maintaining a positive image of the entity in the community keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values. Perform care as directed by the Director of Nursing A/L. Promptly notify the on-duty Nurse of any change in resident status. Provide services consistent with the resident service plan. Participate in required initial and ongoing training programs and complete 15 hours of in-service training per year. Use proper body mechanics in the performance of all tasks. Only perform tasks in which training has been provided. Always practice standard precautions. Document services in an accurate and timely manner. Cooperate with scheduling to accomplish adequate coverage for resident services. RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS
Commitment to quality programs and services for the residents/patients/clients. Excellent communications and human relation skills. Ability to relate well to the residents/patients/clients, family members / personal representatives. Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information. Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions and exhibit flexibility when needed.RELIABLE ATTENDANCE EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
