We have 1 part time, NOC position in our Assisted Living Facility, Maplewood Terrace, for a Resident Assistant. As a Resident Assistant you will provide supervision and a clean, safe, and social environment for the tenants. The Resident Assistant also provides personal and supportive cares to the tenants under the supervision and guidance of the Coordinator and the RN, in accordance with the plan of care. This position is a scheduled NOC, 56 hours per pay period/2 weeks and every other weekend. Must be willing to work independently and be able to make critical decisions throughout the evening shift. Resident Assistant's receive a competitive wage and have the opportunity for regular reviews with the potential for wage increases. No previous experience required, but would prefer someone that has worked with the elderly, must have a strong work ethic and be willing to work as a team player.
