• Requirements:

• Experience or knowledge in assisted living, senior care, or related fields
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques
• Understanding of memory care principles
• Knowledge of resident rights and regulations in nursing homes
• Ability to provide direct support to residents with empathy and respect
