A Social or Human Services Assistant assists with identifying and arranging community services for clients. Works with social workers and other human services professionals. Helps with rehabilitation for people with disabilities or those in recovery, or coordinates home care services for the elderly; may also coordinate housing or job training assistance for immigrants, veterans, former inmates or families in crisis.
Key Responsibilities Reconciles mileage and expense reports for multiple District Managers Makes travel arrangements for District Managers as needed Assists with coordination of special events, provides logistical support such as room reservations, catering, etc. Prepares routine documents, reports and other correspondence for the District Managers in a timely manner May handle confidential and sensitive information Files department records/documents according to established guidelines Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable 1 years of Experience in Administrative role
Pay Range:
