Position Details:
Independent Contractor (1099) 9-12 hours per week Flexible afternoon schedule $30-$35 per hour Private family placement Potential for additional hours, advancement, and benefits as opportunities become available About theRole:
The ideal candidate enjoys being active in the community and can build a positive, supportive relationship with a young adult. Activities may include hiking, going to the gym, recreational activities, community outings, and other opportunities that encourage healthy routines and meaningful engagement. The client experiences some mental health challenges as well as substance-related concerns. We are looking for someone who can provide consistent, nonjudgmental support while encouraging healthy decision-making, independence, recreation, and positive community involvement.Ideal Candidate:
Calm, patient, supportive, and dependable Experience with recreation, fitness, community engagement, life coaching, behavioral support, recovery services, or related work Comfortable working one-on-one with a young adult Able to establish appropriate professional boundaries while building rapport Interested in helping clients develop healthy routines and greater independence Reliable transportation required, mileage is reimbursed.
