Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Activity Coordinator to support the planning and implementation of engaging activities tailored to participant needs. The role involves assisting with the delivery of life enrichment programs, including organizing activities, preparing supplies, and promoting wellness initiatives. The coordinator will facilitate outings, observe and communicate participant responses, and maintain participation records. Participation in resident meetings and performing clerical tasks may also be required. Qualifications include a High School Diploma, at least 3 months of public service experience, basic computer skills, and a valid Colorado MVR. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills are essential. This position requires moderate physical effort, including handling objects up to 50 pounds, and frequent interaction with residents, families, and visitors. The role supports a warm, inclusive environment dedicated to resident wellbeing and community engagement.
