Because of this wonderful growth, we have an exciting career opportunity for a Residential Support Coordinator to join our team! As a member of our Residential Support Team, you will work directly with our project leaders and the builders providing administrative and project support and ensuring the financial obligations are met.
REQUIREMENTS
: Education High school diploma or GED/equivalent Experience Experience is not required, but 1+ years of construction industry experience is preferred. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and across functional teams; Basic skills with computer programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook; Exceptional interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills; Ability to multitask and proceed with objectives under limited supervision.Responsibilities :
Work in between all internal departments to coordinate all aspects of information and verify validity of all information from builders. Use daily schedule to pull builder specifications, selections, and purchase orders and input into Acumatica (internal software system) Verify purchase orders and communicate with accounting to resolve any issues or concerns Request payment for additional work as needed. Validate information in internal systems to ensure correctness; if there is incorrect information in system, update with the correct information. Print all shipments in house to hand off to warehouse if applicable. Print plans and pre punches for distribution to sub contractors. Assist in cross-training other employees, to ensure successful completion of all faucets of this job description. Support area managers with any information or help they may request. Manage inbox of email and check builder website to create daily, two-week schedule. Communicate with area managers to review projects starting the following day. .
