Job Description
FAMILY SUPPORT
WORKER, no weekends. Hourly pay $22.50 / hour.Full-time benefits include health insurance, life insurance, affordable dental and vision insurance, Aflac, paid holidays, IPERS, flex benefits plan, and paid time off.
Job duties include:
Establishing rapport and trusting relationships with clients Providing home visits to families focused on child development/parent skill building Documenting visits according to protocol Partnering with other services providers Using own transportation to home visits inCalhoun County Required:
Post high school education in family services, child development, or related field. Various drug and background screenings. After hire, must pass National Family Support Certification. Training provided. Completion of Parents as Teachers Foundational and Model training after hire at agency's expense. Computer skills Bilingual English / Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.Initial review of applications:
