For more than 22 years, Renaissance Ranch has been providing a world-class program of alcohol and drug rehabilitation for adults. We offer clinically proven and evidence-based practices utilizing multiple treatment modalities in conjunction with an authentic 12-step approach and a combination of spiritual and faith-based principles, including but not limited to EMDR for those suffering from trauma. Treatment plans are based on individual needs and include Group, Individual and family-oriented systems of care, trauma-informed therapy, and a robust lifetime Alumni and aftercare program.

POSITION SUMMARY
As a key member of the RR Team, the Recovery Coach is responsible for meeting with clients 1 on 1, facilitating groups and also supervising the day-to-day facility operations.
SALARY :
$40-45k DOE + Bonus Plan (Guaranteed salary, not billable hours)
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING
  • Participate in TC, weekly staffing meetings and monthly staffing meetings
  • Assist in client intake & discharge procedure
  • Professional and timely documentation
  • Consultation with other clinical professionals
  • Review of case record maintenance
  • Participate in 12 Step groups
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Recovery Coach certification is preferred but not required. Provisional certification is accepted. Must pass pre-hire requirements including a criminal background check and drug screening.
