As a Community Support Worker, you'll work one-on-one with adults living with mental illness in their homes and communities, helping them build the skills they need to live more independently. This role calls for someone who is compassionate, self-motivated, and organized — someone who can build genuine relationships with clients while also staying on top of the documentation that supports their care. Full-time position! Flexible work schedule according to clients' needs as well as your own...primarily daytime hours of work plus after-hours on-call rotation (3-4 days/month).

This position requires:
