Job Description:
Family Support Worker
  • Hiring one
  • Full-Time position to help serve families in Allen, Dekalb, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, and Whitley counties.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work/Human Services or a related field or 3 years documented social work experience. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be able to work evenings/weekends to meet our clients' needs. The H.O.M.E. Program works with caregivers and children age birth to age 18. Families are assisted individually by the Family Support Worker by enhancing parenting skills or conquering other challenges to preserve the family unit.
