What You'll Do:

As a Recovery Coach, you'll work directly with clients recovering from substance use and co-occurring mental health issues. You'll provide guidance, structure, and hands-on support to help clients build life skills, navigate daily responsibilities, and stay on track with their treatment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Build supportive relationships with clients in recovery Monitor and support clients through daily routines, meals, groups, and smoke breaks Ensure client safety and adherence to program rules Intervene appropriately during behavioral health crises Maintain accurate documentation and share observations with clinical team Educate and support families when appropriate Perform light facility cleaning tasks to maintain a safe environment

Shift Details:

Day Shift:

6:00 AM - 6:30

PM Night Shift:

6:00 PM - 6:30

AM Night Shift Differential:

+$2.00/hour Rotating weekends required

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED (required) Valid Driver's License (preferred) Peer Recovery Support certification (preferred) Personal experience in substance use recovery strongly preferred Must be dependable, team-oriented, and maintain professional boundaries Comfortable using basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office) Reliable Transportation Why Join Sunrise Recovery?
