The CRS will work very closely with the case manager and treatment counselor to coordinate, deliver, and document direct service to clients. The primary focus of a CRS is the delivery of recovery and/or skills training and one-on-one coaching to clients in accordance with the CRS code of ethics, DMHA, Department of Child Services, Recovery Works, and VOA policies and procedures. Requirements:

Applicants must have a minimum of a high school diploma; an Associate's degree is preferred. Current certification as a Certified Recovery Specialist and/or ICAADA Recovery Coach or equivalent is required. Must be able to pass a state, county, and DCS background check. A valid Indiana Driver's License and clear driving record are required. First Aid & CPR certification is required and must be maintained. VOAOHIN will provide certification if not already obtained.
