Full Job Description Description:
•Average hourly rate is $16.63 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)•Do you love helping kids and families? Want the flexibility to work hybrid? If so, we've got the perfect job for you!
What You'll Do:
As a Support Worker , you'll work alongside Case Managers to support children and families, helping them build healthy relationships and strong foundations.
You'll:
Teach life skills like handling emotions, healthy communication, and conflict resolution. Help connect families to resources and create plans to improve their lives. Be a positive influence by building relationships and advocating for kids and their families. What You Need A high school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services. 2 Years previous work experience with children and families A willingness to learn—we'll teach you the rest!
