Matter:
Assist with providing engaging recreational and therapeutic activities that support residents' individual needs and care goals. Document participation and progress accurately. Assist with coordinating and supervising group activities, special events, concerts, and other activities, ensuring residents are safely escorted and actively engaged. Safely transport residents to recreational outings and appointments by driving community vans and assisting with resident transfers as needed. Qualifications forSuccess:
Current, Active MA CNA Certification Position requires upbeat, high energy and the ability to engage residents in activities! Minimum 1-year experience working in a Memory Care, Assisted Living or Long-Term care setting preferred Moderate to advanced computer skills- specifically with MS Office including Work, Publisher, Outlook email, and Excel. Ability to communicate fluently in English
