  • Riverside seeks a Recovery Coach for our new SOAP program opening in our Lynnfield Outpatient location!
Our Structured Outpatient Addictions Program embedded within our Lynnfield outpatient setting offers services to adults of all ages looking for intensive structured group programming as part of their treatment for substance use disorder. This program is completely virtual and offers compassionate, person-centered, recovery support. As a recovery coach working in this program, you will be involved in day to day operations, supporting clinical treatment and recovery, and be part of the launch of a new program for those we serve! The Recovery Coach works on a multidisciplinary team supporting those receiving treatment as they are enrolled with the SOAP program. The Recovery coach will provide individual and group support to those attending the SOAP program and will co-lead additional groups with the SOAP clinician. The Recovery Coach will also work within our Connect2Recovery program providing additional recovery coaching to community referrals.

40 hours, full time
Pay Rate:

Required Skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office, required Valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle required for limited local travel Required Experience Lived experience of recovery in the context of substance use and mental health required At least 1 year of related work experience required; 1 year of recovery coach experience at Riverside strongly preferred Experience facilitating groups strongly preferred Must have either a college degree or a high school diploma/GED Riverside Community Care is dedicated to respect, integrity and engagement of all individuals.
