Full-Time Pay Rate:
Starting at $70,000. Yearly Salary HallKeen is seeking a Community Impact and Wellbeing Support Coordinator to help connect residents with resources, strengthen community partnerships, and support housing stability across our residential communities. HallKeen is a mission-driven real estate management and investment organization focused on affordable and workforce housing, community engagement, and lasting resident impact. This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, compassionate, and experienced in resident services, social services, housing, or community-based support. What you'll do: Support residents with outreach, referrals, resource navigation, and follow-up. Partner with property management teams to address resident needs and housing stability concerns. Help coordinate community engagement programs and local partnerships. Support program reporting, documentation, and quality assurance.
Requirements:
We're looking for: Experience in resident services, housing, human services, or a related field. Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills. A commitment to respectful, responsive service for diverse communities. Technology skills and comfort with documentation and reporting systems.
