Life Enrichment Aide 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars Do you have a passion for bringing joy, purpose, and connection to others? At St. André Health Care , our Life Enrichment team plays a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents—and we're looking for a compassionate, creative Life Enrichment Aide to join us. In this role, you'll help design and deliver meaningful recreational, social, and educational experiences that support residents' interests, abilities, and overall well-being. If you're energetic, people-focused, and enjoy making every day a little brighter, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Support and assist with engaging activity, recreation, and life enrichment programs Encourage resident and family participation in activities and special events Participate in community outings and on-site events Help maintain activity calendars, program attendance records, and organized activity spaces Deliver newspapers and mail to residents and assist with daily Life Enrichment tasks Build positive, collaborative relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Promote a welcoming, customer-service-focused environment Drive facility vehicles for resident outings (valid driver's license required) Attend monthly Life Enrichment department meetings Uphold resident rights and support a person-centered approach to care Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent experience Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic team player Comfortable working independently while following an activity schedule Strong interpersonal skills with residents, families, and coworkers Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute new ideas in a continuous improvement culture Valid driver's license and ability to safely transport residents Why Join St. André Health Care?
