Recovery Coach:

Educate about substance use disorders, recovery pathways, medicated assisted treatment (MAT) options, and community resources. Create personalized plans to ensure the care and support meet the individual's needs and circumstances. Build rapport to motivate individuals throughout their recovery journey. MDHHS CPRC

certification

• issued after November 2024 Personal experience with a substance use disorder 3+ years of sobriety Familiarity with substance use disorders and the role of MAT.

Ability to build rapport and engage individuals in recovery services.
