Responsibilities Proactively communicate with and provide support to operations team Perform proficient and accurate alpha and numeric data entry into web-based systems for billing Assist with PM dispatching Verify system information to bill of ladings to ensure accuracy Review documents for pertinent information and accuracy before documents are scanned Requirements Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate within related Microsoft programs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem-solver, with great attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
