We are looking for a compassionate, creative, and dependable Life Enrichment Assistant to support our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents through engaging, therapeutic, and person-centered activities. Schedule Sunday - Thursday Responsibilities Plan, organize, and conduct daily group and individual activities that are goal-oriented and appropriate for each resident. Follow the daily activity schedule and ensure programs begin and end on time. Document resident attendance and participation accurately and in a timely manner. Observe and report noticeable changes in resident participation or behavior to the Activity Director. Assist with preparing, publishing, and distributing the monthly activity calendar and community newsletter. Design, publish, and distribute daily and weekend activity flyers. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred, but not required. At least one year of experience in social or recreational programming in a licensed senior living or healthcare setting. Positive attitude and strong commitment to customer service. Ability to work closely and professionally with residents, families, visitors, guests, supervisors, and coworkers. Strong communication skills and the ability to read, write, and speak English. Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
