We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and creative individual who enjoys working with seniors and is passionate about enhancing their quality of life.
What You'll Do:
Plan and lead meaningful daily activities for Long Term Care, Memory Care, or Rehab patients (some weekends/evenings/holidays required) Complete assessments, care plans, and documentation in a timely manner Ensure all State, Federal, and facility guidelines are met Collaborate with staff to build morale and bring the fun to our residents
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent Strong communication and time management skills Team player with basic typing and computer skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Publisher (for calendars, newsletters, and marketing materials)
