We're looking for a creative, upbeat, and compassionate Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team! If you love bringing joy to others, planning fun activities, and building meaningful connections with seniors, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do:

Lead engaging activities like bingo, baking, dancing, crafts, and games Help plan and host seasonal celebrations and special events Encourage participation and adapt activities to meet residents' interests and abilities Transport residents safely to and from outings and community events Handle light office tasks such as filing, printing, and scheduling Prepare snacks and support with setup and cleanup Most importantly — bring fun, laughter, and companionship to each day!

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license (required) Experience with seniors or in event planning - a plus, but not required Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications A cheerful attitude, creativity, and reliability Strong communication and organization skills Professional appearance and respect for confidentiality Team spirit and empathy for residents' individual needs
