Job Description

Do you enjoy connecting with people, planning engaging activities, and helping others make the most of each day? We're looking for a compassionate and energetic Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team and help create a positive, fulfilling experience for our residents.

In this role, you'll assist with developing and leading activities, events, and social opportunities that encourage engagement, promote well-being, and foster meaningful relationships. Your creativity and enthusiasm will help bring joy, purpose, and connection to those we serve.

What You'll Do Assist with planning and facilitating recreational, educational, and social activities

Encourage resident participation and engagement in daily programs

Help coordinate special events, celebrations, and outings

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

Support a welcoming atmosphere that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life
