What You'll Do Assist with planning, organizing, and leading resident activities and events
Provide individualized engagement opportunities for residents
Encourage participation in programs that promote physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being
Transport residents to activities and outings using a company vehicle when needed
Complete documentation related to activities and resident participation
Work collaboratively with team members throughout the community to provide exceptional resident experiences Qualifications
Successful candidates will demonstrate: Strong verbal and written communication skills
A commitment to participating in ongoing education, training, and professional development opportunities
Basic computer and iPad proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and video communication platforms
Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and resident needs
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on integrity, collaboration, and service excellence
A clean driving record and the ability to safely transport residents using a facility vehicle Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to: Pass a physical examination
Lift, push, pull, and move equipment and supplies
Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Frequently lift up to 25 pounds
Reach above shoulder level and below waist level
Navigate stairs safely
Bend, stoop, twist, and move throughout the day
See, hear, and communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and team members
Remain on your feet and actively engaged for extended periods of time
