Outreach Worker Salary:

$20.00-$23.00/hour

Key Responsibilities for the

Outreach Worker:

Conduct client intakes for human services programs.
Connect individuals and families with community resources, referrals, and support services.
Communicate with clients, healthcare providers, and community partners.
Attend community outreach events and represent program services.
Assist clients with maintaining eligibility for government programs and accessing needed resources.
Support documentation and follow-up activities related to client services.

Qualifications for the

Outreach Worker:

Experience conducting client intakes or assessments preferred.
Experience working with vulnerable or underserved populations.
Ability to interact effectively with clients, providers, and community organizations.
Comfortable attending community events and working within the local service network.
Basic Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
