Life Enrichment Leader (Activity Aide) Chase Memorial Nursing Home & Rehab Full-Time | 75 Hours Bi-Weekly Looking for a career that's more than just a job? What You'll Do:
Every day is different! You'll have the opportunity to: Plan and lead engaging activities, games, crafts, music, and special events Create experiences that encourage socialization, creativity, and independence Celebrate birthdays, holidays, and life milestones Build meaningful relationships with residents and brighten their day Organize community outings and recreational programs Encourage participation while adapting activities to residents' individual interests and abilities Document resident participation and activity progress Help create a warm, welcoming, and fun environment where every resident feels valued
Schedule:
Full-Time 75 hours bi-weekly 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Includes every 3rd weekend

Compassionate and patient Creative and enthusiastic Dependable and organized Comfortable speaking and interacting with groups A team player with a positive attitude Passionate about enriching the lives of older adults Requirements Valid Driver's License (required) Ability to safely transport residents during community outings Previous experience in activities, recreation, customer service, childcare, education, healthcare, or senior services is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person with the right heart!
