About Our Client Our client is a leading New York litigation-focused law firm. Job Description Coordinate and manage litigation case files, ensuring timely updates and organization. Assist attorneys with document preparation, filing, and correspondence. Provide support during trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and maintaining case calendars. Communicate with external parties, such as clients and court personnel, to facilitate case progression. Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with all legal procedures and requirements. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive legal information. Support the legal team with administrative tasks as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful Litigation Support Coordinator should have: Experience in legal case management or litigation support. Must have been to trial or done trial logistics. Must be available to travel majority of the time. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in legal software and tools is a plus.
