Must be flexible with offering support in other departments within the community as needed. Completes required paperwork. Qualification s We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic and outgoing person who is able to work independently. Must be dependable, reliable and highly motivated. Must have excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and leadership abilities. Some computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills. Experience working and interacting with families in a customer based Senior Living environment. Experience working in Senior Living preferred. Must be able to assist residents with technology questions on mobile phones, ipads, laptops and assist with exercise classes as needed. Must be willing to transport/escort residents on community trips and drive a large van. Must oversee indoor swimming pool at times.
