It starts with emergency shelter for men, women and children experiencing homelessness - but that is just the beginning. While with us, residents participate in holistic, gospel-centered services that include chapel, case management, group counseling, workforce development and job training. In short, our staff are City Missionaries offering help and hope to all people through the transforming power of God's love. Right now, we are looking to add a Resident Assistant to our team. This position serves as the hands and feet of Christ by providing a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for women and children as they begin their journey toward transformation at Laura's Home. As a Resident Assistant, you are on the front line of the Mission, maintaining security while caring for residents with compassion, grace, and dignity. This position is full-time on our 2 nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm). Must be able to work every other weekend. here's the fine print: Ministry work is challenging. Serving people is challenging.
