Helps with rehabilitation for people with disabilities or those in recovery, or coordinates home care services for the elderly; may also coordinate housing or job training assistance for immigrants, veterans, former inmates or families in crisis.

Job Description Position Description:
Duties:
In this role, you'll determine a child's eligibility and need for services, provide ongoing home based services to address the strengths and developmental needs of children and coach parents to promote the child's development.
Brief Description:
Act as the Primary Service Provider for children ages birth to six.
Job Prerequisites:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Health, Social or Behavioral Science, Social Services, Human Services or a related field. A Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant or Physical Therapy Assistant License would be preferred, or a Licensed Social Worker. Must be well organized, detail oriented, have the ability to meet deadlines and most importantly, have the passion and enthusiasm to make a difference in the lives of children with developmental disabilities.
Compensation:
Minimum starting pay of $22.74 per hour Great benefits including health, dental, vision and life insurance Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS) Paid time off, flexible scheduling and the ability to work remotely after six months 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
